A Balanced exercise program includes a variety of training types to keep your body growing with new challenges and prevent plateaus due to adaptation. That's why we combine 6 different session types to appeal to every body, and continue your growth and progression. Within each session type is also a wide variety of session-plans and equipment types, so whatever your likes, your body will continually be challenged with variety to maximise your results.
